4. Orders

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. CJShipping reserves the right to cancel orders involving pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or unavailable inventory.

5. Payments

Payments are securely processed through approved payment providers. Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds before placing an order.

6. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only.
International shipments may experience customs delays.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Wrong product received.
Product damaged during delivery.
Defective item.
Item significantly different from description.
Missing items in an order.

Return Period

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery unless otherwise specified by the merchant.

Items Not Eligible

Used products.
Customized items.
Digital products.
Gift cards.
Perishable goods.
Opened personal care products.

Return Conditions

Item must be unused.
Original packaging must be intact.
Accessories and manuals must be included.
Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, wallet balance or store credit where applicable. Processing normally takes between 5–15 business days.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return results from seller error, defective products or incorrect shipments.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Orders already dispatched may not qualify for cancellation.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Customers should report damaged or lost shipments within 48 hours and provide clear photographs for investigation.

Fraud Prevention
